100 Days of Law, Day 1: Signed Contracts in English Law
Hi, readers!
In my previous post, '100 Days of Law - A Fresh Project!', I explained that I'll be publishing 100 posts, each containing an infographic or article on an interesting fact / legal concept in law.
Here's the public view link to an infographic I've made for Day 1: Signed Contracts in English Law.
Day 1: Signed Contracts in English Law.
In this infographic, I'll be explaining the legal principle that one is bound by all the terms of a contract once you sign it - even if you didn't actually read all of its terms! This is according to the laws of England and Wales, with precedent set in the case of L'Estrange v Graucob (1934).
Know your rights, and understand contracts fully before agreeing to them!
(Note: My previous blog / Instagram name was Basics of Justice, aka basicsofjustice_official. This infographic is my original creation and material!)
